A free text editor especially designed for fiction writers.

Papel is a tool designed for the creation of fiction stories. It lets you write freely and intuitively, without having to worry about other tasks that interfere with your thinking. In place of using tables and menus to control the distinct parts of the project, in Papel everything is visual, just like in Windows.

You just create a new sheet of paper, add a name and specify its type. Each paper is easily identifiable, as each type of paper has its own icon, and the descriptive name you give it is visible at all times. The papers can be moved with the mouse, renamed, the type changed ... you can manage all them freely.

When you have your work ready to be published, the only thing you have to do is import the Papel text files to your usual text processor in order to give them the final format you want.
